A collision led to Royal Knights FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Aníbal Fonseca hit a great ball. Inácio Lago could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Artur Maciejewski made a huge save. In the 16th minute SC Conceição were awarded a corner. Inácio Lago went to the cornerflag to take it. Artur Maciejewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Ribeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Celsinho Alcântara kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. With a little luck, Royal Knights FC's Artur Maciejewski got control of the ball when Inácio Lago tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Royal Knights FC booed when SC Conceição was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Ribeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Royal Knights FC's 卓笑沙 got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, SC Conceição's Edinho Varela got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half Royal Knights FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Hudson Pires came free with the goalkeeper in the 51st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Carlos Germano could save by the left post. Hudson Pires received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Carlos Germano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 卓笑沙 in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Germano saved SC Conceição from getting behind. In the 59th minute of the match, 卓笑沙 tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Carlos Germano saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Carlos Jardel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 85 played minutes SC Conceição got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Ribeiro. With a little luck, SC Conceição's Carlos Germano got control of the ball when Hudson Pires tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 92ndth minute of the game 卓笑沙 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Conceição's Carlos Germano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hudson Pires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Germano having to interfere. The SC Conceição supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Royal Knights FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Royal Knights FC.
