FSCMZ's Josué Aguiar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amauri Proença. Amauri Proença yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Amauri Proença came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Fernandão Garcia. But to his dismay, Fernandão Garcia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernandão Garcia in the 20th minute of play forced PEREBAH FC's goalkeeper Amauri Proença to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Júnior Arruda kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Cássio Amorim hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Fernandão Garcia kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Claudinho Macedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamim Freitas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 31 minutes, Glauco Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Glauco Cruz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Claudinho Macedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernani Arce in the 36th minute of play. Amauri Proença showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josué Aguiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Amauri Proença took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernandão Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the game, Josué Aguiar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Amauri Proença. Josué Aguiar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After some careless play in the PEREBAH FC defense, Edmílson Senna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amauri Proença. The PEREBAH FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amauri Proença should have stopped the shot. In the 60th minute Glauco Cruz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amauri Proença saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amauri Proença made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josué Aguiar in the 66th minute of play. Afonso Hermes charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Afonso Hermes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of PEREBAH FC booed when Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerônimo de Mendonça didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute of the match Fabiano Camargo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Claudinho Macedo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmílson Senna in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amauri Proença prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Josué Aguiar during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fabiano Camargo lost his temper 80 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 79 minutes into the game, one of PEREBAH FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Diamantino Penha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Amauri Proença showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josué Aguiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Amauri Proença showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmílson Senna in the 92nd minute of the match. After 93 played minutes PEREBAH FC got a freekick which was hit by Diamantino Penha. Edmílson Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amauri Proença having to interfere. 98 minutes into the match, PEREBAH FC's goal looked a bit too open when Glauco Cruz came free, but Amauri Proença reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
