The REAL RIO CRVG fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The supporters of Jim MorrisoN F.C. booed when REAL RIO CRVG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Durvalino Sarmento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andre Miranda took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 8th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Percival Prestes. REAL RIO CRVG's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Percival Prestes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ozzy Morrison in the 11th minute of play. Cipriano da Mata's late challenge caught a REAL RIO CRVG's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cipriano da Mata helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Jim MorrisoN F.C. getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Cipriano da Mata hit a great ball. In the 12th minute Alfredo Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Carlos Cosme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Jim MorrisoN F.C.'s João Carlos Cosme got control of the ball when Pedrão Souza tried to sneak it across the goal line. João Carlos Cosme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Fernandes, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 17th match minute, Jim MorrisoN F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vitório Toledo to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Jim MorrisoN F.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Pedrão Souza fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Pedrão Souza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but João Carlos Cosme made a huge save. Gláuber Cardozo might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over João Carlos Cosme. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gláuber Cardozo ran back to his position shaking his head. Pedrão Souza took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Carlos Cosme. João Carlos Cosme dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. João Carlos Cosme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Natã Nogueira in the 27th minute. A collision led to Jim MorrisoN F.C. getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Cipriano da Mata hit a great ball. Pedrão Souza took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Carlos Cosme. João Carlos Cosme dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 38th minute of the match, Alfredo Fernandes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but João Carlos Cosme saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. João Carlos Cosme was a little too slow when Natã Nogueira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 5-0. When Natã Nogueira fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored REAL RIO CRVG's protests and gave Natã Nogueira a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Jim MorrisoN F.C. booed when REAL RIO CRVG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natã Nogueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andre Miranda in the 43rd minute of play forced REAL RIO CRVG's goalkeeper Percival Prestes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Andre Miranda almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but REAL RIO CRVG's Percival Prestes did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ozzy Morrison in the 46th minute of play forced REAL RIO CRVG's goalkeeper Percival Prestes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedrão Souza made a kick off. During the 52nd minute of the match Natã Nogueira completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Natã Nogueira a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 52nd minute, Natã Nogueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. João Carlos Cosme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Fernandes in the 55th minute of the match. Alfredo Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. João Carlos Cosme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The throw-in from José Pedro Simão in the 76th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Jim MorrisoN F.C.'s Luisão Dante. Celsinho Damião charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celsinho Damião the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 78 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Jim MorrisoN F.C.! In the 80th minute there was a penalty for REAL RIO CRVG. Durvalino Sarmento stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving João Carlos Cosme. 6-0. Durvalino Sarmento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 99 played minutes REAL RIO CRVG got a freekick which was hit by Gláuber Cardozo. REAL RIO CRVG's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
