Carlos Eduardo Chaves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villa Verde FC. Villa Verde FC's Igor Camargo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remo Gonçalves in the 5th minute of play. Igor Camargo made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Miguel da Fonseca sent off a good shot on target. Miguel da Fonseca's late challenge caught a Villa Verde FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miguel da Fonseca helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th minute, Miguel da Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Fabiano Couto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Villa Verde FC's Igor Camargo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel da Fonseca in the 13th minute of play. Igor Camargo stood somewhat misplaced when Oscar Tasso came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 14 minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Fabiano Couto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Igor Camargo. That made the score 2-0 in the 18 minute of play. After 21 played minutes Villa Verde FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Alagoano. Villa Verde FC's Igor Camargo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remo Gonçalves in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Oscar Tasso reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Igor Camargo. The goal made the score 3-0. Igor Camargo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Tasso in the 27th minute of play. Igor Camargo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remo Gonçalves in the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st minute Oscar Tasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Camargo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabiano Couto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Igor Camargo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. With an all-out effort, Roceira SC's Igor Camargo threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Remo Gonçalves, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Villa Verde FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Remo Gonçalves was slow to take the kick. During this time Roceira SC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Remo Gonçalves got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Igor Camargo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Miguel da Fonseca's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Igor Camargo firmly grabbed it by the left post. Igor Camargo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remo Gonçalves in the 38th minute of play. Igor Camargo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Tasso in the 39th minute of the match. Villa Verde FC's Igor Camargo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remo Gonçalves in the 44th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Fernando Barros in the 46th minute of play forced Roceira SC's goalkeeper Carlos Eduardo Chaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luís Fernando Barros was the one to do the kick off. Igor Camargo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Tasso in the 53rd minute of the match. Villa Verde FC's Igor Camargo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lenílson de Almeida in the 54th minute of play. Igor Camargo came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Roceira SC's Miguel da Fonseca. But to his dismay, Miguel da Fonseca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Luís Fernando Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Eduardo Chaves having to interfere. Igor Camargo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Tasso in the 66th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Villa Verde FC's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel da Fonseca came free, but Igor Camargo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel da Fonseca in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Igor Camargo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Roceira SC's Remo Gonçalves got a free kick in the 71st minute. Luís Fernando Barross short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Carlos Eduardo Chaves to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some careless play in the Villa Verde FC defense, Remo Gonçalves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Igor Camargo. The Villa Verde FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Igor Camargo should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Roceira SC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Remo Gonçalves hit a great ball. After 82 minutes, Joel Ramos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Villa Verde FC and the Roceira SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Villa Verde FC's Joel Ramos got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Igor Camargo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabiano Couto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Igor Camargo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabiano Couto, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Igor Camargo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remo Gonçalves in the 87th minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Miguel da Fonseca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Igor Camargo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 95th match minute, Villa Verde FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Alagoano to maneuver through the defense. There was no doubt that Roceira SC were the better team. Roceira SC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
