In the 7th minute Fellipe Lago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edinho da Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evandro de Castro during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Fellipe Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wesley Mangueira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Luís Paulo Valladares made a huge save. In the 21st match minute, Carrossel Caipira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wesley Mangueira to maneuver through the defense. Edinho da Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doriva Oliveira in the 22nd minute of the match. Fellipe Lago took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edinho da Rocha. Edinho da Rocha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A collision led to Carrossel Caipira getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Zé Pedro Pinheiro hit a great ball. Evandro de Castro spun around in front of the goal 36 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Bailão De Munique FC's goal. Evandro de Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fellipe Lago in the 42nd minute of play forced Carrossel Caipira's goalkeeper Edinho da Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd match minute, Bailão De Munique FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorginho de Queirós to maneuver through the defense. Edinho da Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doriva Oliveira in the 46th minute of play. Olívio Sanches kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Nico Varela blasted a shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edinho da Rocha having to make a save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fellipe Lago was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Bailão De Munique FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edu Bertassi came free, but Luís Paulo Valladares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Renato Abreu fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carrossel Caipira's protests and gave Renato Abreu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th minute, Júlio Brodel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the match, Carrossel Caipira's goal looked a bit too open when Fellipe Lago came free, but Edinho da Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Carrossel Caipira defense, Doriva Oliveira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edinho da Rocha. The Carrossel Caipira fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edinho da Rocha should have stopped the shot. Bailão De Munique FC's Aníbal Linares managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Laércio Gonçalves in the 64 minute of the game. Edinho da Rocha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Doriva Oliveira in the 65th minute. In the 72nd minute, Carrossel Caipira's Olívio Sanches seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Olívio Sanches the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Carrossel Caipira protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Olívio Sanches had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 71 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Carrossel Caipira! 93 minutes into the match, Aníbal Linares notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Carrossel Caipira's Edinho da Rocha. Edinho da Rocha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aníbal Linares hit a great freekick 99 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bailão De Munique FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
