The referee ignored £øs ρєłαdєirøs ®™'s protests and gave Adhemar Paiva a yellow card for diving instead. Kiljan Mbappè received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Luiz Eduardo Novaes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 13 minutes into the match, £øs ρєłαdєirøs ®™'s Roberto Dinamite sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luiz Eduardo Novaes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Se7e's Jorginho Fonseca got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute of the match Victor Vultur shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luiz Eduardo Novaes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 16th minute, Roberto Dinamite got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 18th minute Philippe Coutinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Eduardo Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Francisco Corrêa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guri Maroto, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 24th minute, Kiljan Mbappè ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luiz Eduardo Novaes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Luiz Eduardo Novaes didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when £øs ρєłαdєirøs ®™'s Roberto Dinamite shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 34thth minute of the game Roberto Dinamite who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Se7e's Luiz Eduardo Novaes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lino Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Francisco Corrêa having to interfere. After 37 minutes, Clóvis Barros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the £øs ρєłαdєirøs ®™ and the Se7e players grew even worse after the yellow card. Se7e's Bass Dost got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 42 minutes into the game, Bass Dost recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of João Francisco Corrêa. Bass Dost showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. The Se7e players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. £øs ρєłαdєirøs ®™ were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roberto Dinamite to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Magalhães in the 54th minute of play forced £øs ρєłαdєirøs ®™'s goalkeeper João Francisco Corrêa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, £øs ρєłαdєirøs ®™'s Roberto Dinamite dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Luiz Eduardo Novaes was a little too slow when Kiljan Mbappè got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 1-4. Kiljan Mbappè fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Eduardo Novaes having to interfere. 72 minutes in the game, Kiljan Mbappè fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Luiz Eduardo Novaes having to interfere. In the 74th match minute, Se7e was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bass Dost to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the match, Se7e's goalkeeper Luiz Eduardo Novaes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roberto Dinamite. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Bass Dost put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of João Francisco Corrêa. Se7e's Luiz Eduardo Novaes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Vultur in the 88th minute of play. Roberto Dinamite could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Luiz Eduardo Novaes made a huge save. Arlindo Loureiro's late challenge caught a £øs ρєłαdєirøs ®™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arlindo Loureiro helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the Se7e defense, Roberto Dinamite kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luiz Eduardo Novaes. The Se7e fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luiz Eduardo Novaes should have stopped the shot.
