Anestis Kakalis scored 1-3 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfredinho Cordeiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anestis Kakalis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The New Loser FC fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when New Loser FC's Anestis Kakalis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 55 minutes into the match, Anestis Kakalis notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of JURIDIQUES F.C's Alfredinho Cordeiro. Alfredinho Cordeiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 58 minutes into the game, Antônio Carlos Machado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. JURIDIQUES F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave New Loser FC the free kick. After 59 played minutes JURIDIQUES F.C got a freekick which was hit by Antônio Carlos Machado. Anestis Kakalis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 62nd match minute, New Loser FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hernani Ramos to maneuver through the defense. Eliseu Negri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adhemar de Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, JURIDIQUES F.C's Alfredinho Cordeiro got control of the ball when Anestis Kakalis tried to sneak it across the goal line. JURIDIQUES F.C's Alfredinho Cordeiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save JURIDIQUES F.C from getting a goal against them. When New Loser FC's Anestis Kakalis in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Alfredinho Cordeiro was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Anestis Kakalis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Anestis Kakalis really showed his touch with that goal: 1-7. With his leg Alfredinho Cordeiro managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when New Loser FC's Anestis Kakalis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 86th minute, Anestis Kakalis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alfredinho Cordeiro. The goal made the score 1-8. Hernani Ramos struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Alfredinho Cordeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for New Loser FC. The New Loser FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing New Loser FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
