Luisão Zonta started the match with the kick off. FIEL ALGUSTA's Chico Tinoco got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luisão Zonta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Remo Munhoz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cacá Diniz in the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Luis Alberto Moura left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Laus Deo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The Laus Deo fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Laus Deo's Acácio Porto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 24 minutes into the match, FIEL ALGUSTA's goal looked a bit too open when Peder Mellingen came free, but Remo Munhoz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, FIEL ALGUSTA's goal looked a bit too open when Cacá Diniz came free, but Remo Munhoz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remo Munhoz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cacá Diniz in the 40th minute of play forced FIEL ALGUSTA's goalkeeper Remo Munhoz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remo Munhoz came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Laus Deo's Acácio Porto. But to his dismay, Acácio Porto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Acácio Porto to strike the kick off in the second half. Remo Munhoz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luis Alberto Moura went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. FIEL ALGUSTA's Igor Moura quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Timur Belyaninov, made in the 58th minute of the game. FIEL ALGUSTA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Acácio Porto scored to the left of an out of position Remo Munhoz, making the score, 0-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Acácio Porto got free with Remo Munhoz in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 67 minutes into the game, Luis Alberto Moura cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Remo Munhoz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Laus Deo made a substitution. Robinho Recife replaced Cacá Diniz. Laus Deo's Gildo Tande was substituted for Kong Ping. Remo Munhoz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Acácio Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute Luis Alberto Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remo Munhoz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remo Munhoz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Alberto Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Gildo Tande scored 0-8 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Remo Munhoz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 88th minute, Enrique Fantini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Laus Deo's Timur Belyaninov got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Jean de Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Timur Belyaninov struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Remo Munhoz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laus Deo.
