Murilo Paiva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Curiphila Eagles's Murilo Paiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bebeto de Godoi in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Breno Simões recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vânderson Severo. Breno Simões showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Vânderson Severo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Douglas Gerber, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. ALMA GUERREIRA's Vânderson Severo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save ALMA GUERREIRA from getting a goal against them. Murilo Paiva came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by ALMA GUERREIRA's Tiago Gabriel Garcia. But to his dismay, Tiago Gabriel Garcia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

ALMA GUERREIRA's Vânderson Severo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Douglas Gerber in the 54th minute of play. With a little luck, Curiphila Eagles's Murilo Paiva got control of the ball when Tião Marinho tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of ALMA GUERREIRA booed when Curiphila Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Breno Simões didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Douglas Gerber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Curiphila Eagles were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after ALMA GUERREIRA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nico Cunha took the corner. Nico Cunha made a great header on Curiphila Eagles's corner, it was just that ALMA GUERREIRA's Vânderson Severo managed to reach the ball for a save. Vânderson Severo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Douglas Gerber in the 70th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nelsinho Bastos in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vânderson Severo saved ALMA GUERREIRA from getting behind. Vânderson Severo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Gerber in the 74th minute of play. Nico Cunha hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, ALMA GUERREIRA's Bebeto de Godoi got a free kick in the 78th minute. Tiago Gabriel Garcias short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Murilo Paiva to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. ALMA GUERREIRA's Vânderson Severo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Breno Simões in the 82nd minute of play. Murilo Paiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bebeto de Godoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Murilo Paiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Gabriel Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vânderson Severo came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Curiphila Eagles's Nelsinho Bastos. But to his dismay, Nelsinho Bastos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3.
