Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 111, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) After a rather tough play, Marília AC's Zeca Magalhães got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Natanael Queiroz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Douglas Gerber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 4 minutes into the game, Nelsinho Bastos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Natanael Queiroz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Murilo Paiva was a little too slow when Vânderson Travassos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-1. 15 minutes into the match, Téo Vianna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Natanael Queiroz. Marília AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Téo Vianna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Nico Cunha made a great header on Curiphila Eagles's corner, it was just that Marília AC's Natanael Queiroz managed to reach the ball for a save. Douglas Gerber hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Curiphila Eagles's goalkeeper Murilo Paiva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vânderson Travassos. After 28 minutes, Charles Viana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Marília AC and the Curiphila Eagles players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th minute, Charles Viana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Natanael Queiroz came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Curiphila Eagles's Nelsinho Bastos. But to his dismay, Nelsinho Bastos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Nelsinho Bastos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nelsinho Bastos took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Natanael Queiroz. Natanael Queiroz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zeca Magalhães was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Zeca Magalhães notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Curiphila Eagles's Murilo Paiva. Murilo Paiva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Douglas Gerber's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Natanael Queiroz firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to Marília AC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Luiz Eduardo Aparecido hit a great ball. Douglas Gerbers short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Natanael Queiroz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 61st minute, Waldir Marquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Marília AC's Natanael Queiroz got control of the ball when Douglas Gerber tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Douglas Gerber got free with Natanael Queiroz in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Curiphila Eagles's Douglas Gerber came free and shot a quick shot against goal 74 minutes in the game, fortunately Natanael Queiroz had problems saving as it came toward the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Douglas Gerber got free with Natanael Queiroz in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nelsinho Bastos in the 78th minute of play forced Marília AC's goalkeeper Natanael Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute of the match, Nelsinho Bastos tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Natanael Queiroz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Marília AC's Natanael Queiroz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Marília AC from getting a goal against them. Natanael Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oséias Arósio in the 84th minute of play. Curiphila Eagles's Douglas Gerber was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 86th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When Douglas Gerber, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 90 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Natanael Queiroz was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. If Nelsinho Bastos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Curiphila Eagles played a much better game than Marília AC and deserved their victory. The Marília AC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
