The tension between the ALMA GUERREIRA and the Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ALMA GUERREIRA's Ulisses Vinhas got a free kick in the 5th minute. But to his dismay, Bebeto de Godoi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- booed when ALMA GUERREIRA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulisses Vinhas didn't get a good kick on the ball. ALMA GUERREIRA's Vânderson Severo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gil Hoffmann in the 20th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Tiago Gabriel Garcia came free, but Guilherme Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guilherme Duarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel da Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tiago Gabriel Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tiago Gabriel Garcia was the one to do the kick off.
