A collision led to Clube Atlético Paulista getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Kauan Guerra hit a great ball. Dênis Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Soares in the 36th minute of the match. Dênis Valle stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severino Soares's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s zone, Marquinhos Pena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dênis Valle came out of the goal and Marquinhos Pena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th minute, Severino Soares left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clube Atlético Paulista fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Severino Soares stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 51 minutes, Dênis Valle successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Severino Soares's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Dênis Valle skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 69 minutes into the match, Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s goalkeeper Dênis Valle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severino Soares. Osmar Cardozo had several of the Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 81 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Dênis Valle as he didn't even see the shot coming. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Severino Soares in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dênis Valle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Clube Atlético Paulista's Augusto Paranaense got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kauan Guerra struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Dênis Valle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Clube Atlético Paulista. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Augusto Paranaense took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Dênis Valle to make any attempt to save it.
