Dorival Moura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldinho de Amaral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Internazionale-RS getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Samuca Montenegro hit a great ball. After 10 played minutes Internazionale-RS got a freekick which was hit by Horácio Oliveira. The crowd rose to their feet as Internazionale-RS's Dino de Toledo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dorival Moura. That made the score 1-0 after 17 minutes of play. In the 19th match minute, Internazionale-RS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horácio Oliveira to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, Jorginho Soares reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dorival Moura. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 27th minute, Ronaldinho de Amaral made a precise shot to the right of Dorival Moura. MAGNIFICOS.FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 32nd match minute, MAGNIFICOS.FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgílio Moreno to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Internazionale-RS's Dino de Toledo got a free kick in the 34th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Jorginho Soares kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dorival Moura. That made the score 4-0 in the 38 minute of play. In the 42nd minute Ronaldinho de Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorival Moura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, MAGNIFICOS.FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldinho de Amaral came free, but Dorival Moura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The wind increased when Eusébio Messias made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Internazionale-RS were awarded a corner. Flávio Netto went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Flávio Netto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but MAGNIFICOS.FC's Dorival Moura did a great save. Dorival Moura came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Internazionale-RS's Dino de Toledo. But to his dismay, Dino de Toledo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Waldemar Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. The supporters of MAGNIFICOS.FC booed when Internazionale-RS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Ceresso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kauã Cordeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 71st minute, Flávio Netto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Luís Eduardo Furlan fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Internazionale-RS's protests and gave Luís Eduardo Furlan a yellow card for diving instead. Luís Eduardo Furlan hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the match, Internazionale-RS's goal looked a bit too open when Kauã Cordeiro came free, but David Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dino de Toledo scored 7-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dorival Moura, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Armandinho Mello during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 88th match minute, MAGNIFICOS.FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armandinho Mello to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorginho Soares in the 90th minute of play forced MAGNIFICOS.FC's goalkeeper Dorival Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nilton Berger hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Dorival Moura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorginho Soares in the 93rd minute of the match. Dorival Moura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldinho de Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Internazionale-RS's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
