Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gustavo Mendonça made the kick off which started today's match. After 9 played minutes SOL got a freekick which was hit by Jarbas Fonseca. In the 10th minute Claudinei Tande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, SOL's Mário de Azevedo got a free kick in the 21st minute. After 24 minutes of play, Lobo Guará's Albertinho Leite made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abel Novaes was left in no man's land by his defense there! 27 minutes into the match, Claudinei Tande notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of SOL's Abel Novaes. Abel Novaes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the SOL defense, Gustavo Mendonça kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abel Novaes. The SOL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abel Novaes should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudinei Tande in the 35th minute of play forced SOL's goalkeeper Abel Novaes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abel Novaes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinei Tande, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abel Novaes came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Lobo Guará's Gustavo Mendonça. But to his dismay, Gustavo Mendonça quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After some careless play in the SOL defense, Claudinei Tande kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abel Novaes. The SOL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abel Novaes should have stopped the shot. If Gustavo Nunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

In the 52nd minute Gustavo Mendonça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, Gustavo Mendonça dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Abel Novaes, 0-7. In the 57th minute Gustavo Mendonça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 62 played minutes Gustavo Mendonça rounded SOL's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-9. Abel Novaes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustavo Mendonça in the 65th minute. Abel Novaes was a little too slow when Claudinei Tande got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 0-10. Lobo Guará's Artur Branco was substituted for Albertinho Leite. In the 74th minute, Gustavo Nunes made a precise shot to the right of Abel Novaes. SOL's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-11. After 77 played minutes SOL got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Luiz Ceresso. 82 minutes into the match, Gustavo Mendonça had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abel Novaes. SOL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustavo Mendonça was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-13. With a little luck, SOL's Abel Novaes got control of the ball when Claudinei Tande tried to sneak it across the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, SOL's goalkeeper Abel Novaes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claudinei Tande. The supporters of Lobo Guará booed when SOL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jânio Ferreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abel Novaes was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Artur Branco. Lobo Guará played a much better game than SOL and deserved their victory. The SOL players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
