An unexpected shot in the 4th minute by Murillo Toledo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a rather tough play, Florestal Futebol Clube's Rafinha Leão got a free kick in the 5th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Elano Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot. FALCÕES VERDES's supporters rose to their feet, but Elano Senna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matheus Zanette breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Florestal Futebol Clube's Rafinha Leão got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 16th match minute, Florestal Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafinha Leão to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Elano Senna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Florestal Futebol Clube's Matheus Zanette got control of the ball when Leonel Braga tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Leonel Braga came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the FALCÕES VERDES fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonel Braga couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Isaltino Castro took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Matheus Zanette to make any attempt to save it. Matheus Zanette was a little too slow when Murillo Toledo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Leonel Braga scored 4-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matheus Zanette, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Egídio Ferreira's late challenge caught a FALCÕES VERDES's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Egídio Ferreira helped the player get up and apologised. In the 55th minute, Egídio Ferreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the game, Murillo Toledo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Matheus Zanette was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 64 minutes into the match, Isaltino Castro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matheus Zanette. Florestal Futebol Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isaltino Castro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Clóvis Marinho charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Clóvis Marinho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 79th minute, Clóvis Marinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute of the match Chiquinho Queiroz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dalmo Sergipano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 82 minutes into the game, FALCÕES VERDES's Murillo Toledo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matheus Zanette made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elano Senna in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matheus Zanette prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Murillo Toledo scored 8-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matheus Zanette, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 95 minutes, Tião Rosado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Florestal Futebol Clube and the FALCÕES VERDES players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FALCÕES VERDES booed when Florestal Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tião Rosado didn't get a good kick on the ball.
