Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Emerson Leal started the match with the kick off. Calesso FC's Walmyr Bezerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emerson Leal in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to Espigão Steamrollers getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Giovanni Pimenta hit a great ball. Válter Dantas took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walmyr Bezerra. Walmyr Bezerra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Walmyr Bezerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Válter Dantas in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Cristian Quirino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Espigão Steamrollers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. If Yuri Paranaense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Walmyr Bezerra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Válter Dantas in the 27th minute of the match. Walmyr Bezerra came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Espigão Steamrollers's Válter Dantas. But to his dismay, Válter Dantas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After some careless play in the Calesso FC defense, Válter Dantas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Walmyr Bezerra. The Calesso FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walmyr Bezerra should have stopped the shot. Walmyr Bezerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emerson Leal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walmyr Bezerra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emerson Leal's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. In the 40th minute Yuri Paranaense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walmyr Bezerra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Válter Dantas notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Calesso FC's Walmyr Bezerra. Walmyr Bezerra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Calesso FC's goalkeeper Walmyr Bezerra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedro Paulo Paraíba to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Espigão Steamrollers's Cristian Quirino got a free kick in the 54th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Espigão Steamrollers's Yuri Paranaense slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Walmyr Bezerra. That made the score 0-7 after 58 minutes of play. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Yuri Paranaense took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Walmyr Bezerra to make any attempt to save it. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 0-12 when Yuri Paranaense sped through Calesso FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Walmyr Bezerra. 85 minutes into the match, Emerson Leal notched a goal, 0-13, to the right of Calesso FC's Walmyr Bezerra. Walmyr Bezerra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zézinho Matos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walmyr Bezerra having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Yuri Paranaense reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Walmyr Bezerra. The goal made the score 0-14. After a defensive mix-up in Calesso FC's zone, Yuri Paranaense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walmyr Bezerra came out of the goal and Yuri Paranaense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Espigão Steamrollers played a much better game than Calesso FC and deserved their victory. The Calesso FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
