In the 4th minute, Aírton Simão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 6th minute, Vânderson Zanette ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dedê Jacinto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Edu Nóbrega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Angelo Britto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bebela's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelo Britto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edmílson Britto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edmílson Britto made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Angelo Britto sent off a good shot on target. In the 15th minute of the match, Angelo Britto got a very nice opportunity to score, but Edmílson Britto was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Aírton Simão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Edmílson Britto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roberto-Carlos Trindade kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Trindade Atlético Club's goal looked a bit too open when Aírton Simão came free, but Edmílson Britto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Trindade Atlético Club getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Fabiano Lopez hit a great ball. Bebela's Aírton Simão got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 34 minutes into the game, Nestor Zonta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bebela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trindade Atlético Club the free kick. Nestor Zonta kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Aírton Simão managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vânderson Zanette scored 0-2 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dedê Jacinto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vânderson Zanette to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Igor Maranhense got free with Dedê Jacinto in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Trindade Atlético Club's Igor Maranhense got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edmílson Britto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Britto in the 54th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Trindade Atlético Club's zone, Aírton Simão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmílson Britto came out of the goal and Aírton Simão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dedê Jacinto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vânderson Zanette in the 58th minute. After 59 minutes of play, Trindade Atlético Club's Igor Maranhense made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dedê Jacinto was left in no man's land by his defense there! 62 minutes into the match, Richárd Rodrigues Da Silva had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edmílson Britto. Trindade Atlético Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Richárd Rodrigues Da Silva was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Edmílson Britto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Britto in the 65th minute of play. Edmílson Britto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aírton Simão, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. If Aírton Simão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dedê Jacinto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vânderson Zanette, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edmílson Britto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Britto in the 75th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Aírton Simão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dedê Jacinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edu Nóbrega in the 84th minute of play. The supporters of Trindade Atlético Club booed when Bebela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Zonta didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th match minute, Bebela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Travassos to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 89 minutes, Cássio Paes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trindade Atlético Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cássio Paes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Vânderson Zanette kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dedê Jacinto. That made the score 1-4 in the 95 minute of play. Trindade Atlético Club's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
