The supporters of PIRATAS TFP booed when RÖK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamílton Proença didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yan Pirani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre da Cunha in the 5th minute of the match. When Cafu Silveira came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the PIRATAS TFP fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cafu Silveira couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the RÖK defense, Natanael Rocha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yan Pirani. The RÖK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yan Pirani should have stopped the shot. If Cafu Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Yan Pirani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cafu Silveira in the 18th minute of the match. Cafu Silveira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yan Pirani having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cafu Silveira in the 21st minute of play forced RÖK's goalkeeper Yan Pirani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the game, Clemente Simões threw the ball into play from the sideline. PIRATAS TFP's Régis Urbano quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Yan Pirani didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cafu Silveira went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 28th minute Cafu Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yan Pirani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 played minutes PIRATAS TFP got a freekick which was hit by Régis Urbano. Yan Pirani came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by PIRATAS TFP's Cafu Silveira. But to his dismay, Cafu Silveira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 38 minutes into the game, Didi Salgado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PIRATAS TFP's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RÖK the free kick. 40 minutes into the game, Rafinha Schmidt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Elano Toledo. Rafinha Schmidt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Yan Pirani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cafu Silveira's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. In the 46th match minute, PIRATAS TFP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Vítor de Medeiros to maneuver through the defense. After the first half PIRATAS TFP were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Cafu Silveira made the kick off in the second half. Cafu Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Yan Pirani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes in the game Clemente Simões did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Júlio Varela. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hamílton Proença during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cafu Silveira scored 1-5 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yan Pirani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in RÖK's zone, Alexandre da Cunha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yan Pirani came out of the goal and Alexandre da Cunha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alexandre da Cunha's late challenge caught a RÖK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexandre da Cunha helped the player get up and apologised. PIRATAS TFP's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
