Mathias Pirani struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Yan Monteiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for União Verde FC. Yan Monteiro came out of the goal and Mathias Pirani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th minute, Edvaldo Camargo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Haroldo Marinho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Edson Ortiz came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edson Ortiz couldn't finish the play. Edson Ortizs short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Valdir Pérez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 56th minute, Silas Paraense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yan Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Marinho in the 60th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edson Ortiz in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valdir Pérez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yan Monteiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathias Pirani, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Edson Ortiz could shoot a difficult shot in the 73rd minute, which Valdir Pérez however easily saved by the left post. Edson Ortiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdir Pérez having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Edson Ortiz made a precise shot to the right of Valdir Pérez. União Verde FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 86th minute, Edvaldo Camargo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 87 minutes, Edson Ortiz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- and the União Verde FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Edson Ortiz hit a great ball. Valdir Pérez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edson Ortiz's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. The TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
