With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomás Fantini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's Antônio Lima got a free kick in the 9th minute. When the match had been going on for 10 minutes Zé Ortiz shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Tomás Fantini when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Victor Souza managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Souza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfredo Paes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 17 played minutes IGUIPORÃ FC got a freekick which was hit by Fernando de Brito. Manfredo Palmeira got a throw-in 19 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Kiko de Godoi. A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's Tomás Fantini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Ortiz in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Cacá Paulista left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IGUIPORÃ FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Tomás Fantini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cacá Paulista in the 27th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's goal looked a bit too open when Cacá Paulista came free, but Tomás Fantini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute, Otávio Mesquita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomás Fantini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Ortiz in the 35th minute of play. Zé Ortiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Tomás Fantini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomás Fantini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Ortiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomás Fantini came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by IGUIPORÃ FC's Eugênio Favoretto. But to his dismay, Eugênio Favoretto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Alfredo Paes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valério Fernandez in the 46th minute of play. Tomás Fantini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Ortiz in the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valério Fernandez was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Valle in the 53rd minute of play forced A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's goalkeeper Tomás Fantini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antônio Lima hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Eugênio Favoretto took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomás Fantini. Tomás Fantini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Tomás Fantini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zé Ortiz's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. After 62 minutes, Zé Ortiz made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's Tomás Fantini tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 66th minute, Antônio Carlos Abreu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomás Fantini was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. IGUIPORÃ FC's Kaká Sergipano was substituted for Antônio Carlos Soares. After a rather tough play, IGUIPORÃ FC's Antônio Carlos Abreu got a free kick in the 71st minute. Tomás Fantini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugênio Favoretto in the 74th minute. Zézinho Marinho kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After 78 played minutes A.D.PADRE MIGUEL got a freekick which was hit by Antônio Lima. A long shot from Zé Ortiz in the 79th minute of play was well struck, but Tomás Fantini made a really good save at the right post. In the 80th minute, Eugênio Favoretto made a precise shot to the right of Tomás Fantini. A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. IGUIPORÃ FC made a substitution. Luiz Fabiano Barreto replaced Fernando de Brito. A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's Tomás Fantini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save A.D.PADRE MIGUEL from getting a goal against them. Cacá Paulista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the game, Eugênio Favoretto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. IGUIPORÃ FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.D.PADRE MIGUEL the free kick. Eugênio Favoretto hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded IGUIPORÃ FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than A.D.PADRE MIGUEL.
