Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ramón Godoi kicked off to start the match. After having played for 3 minutes, Fernando Vinhas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EC Rodrigus MZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernando Vinhas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 4th minute, Dida Vale ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Conrado Moreno was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After having played for 11 minutes, José Carlos Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EC Rodrigus MZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Carlos Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 15 minutes into the match, EC Rodrigus MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Dida Vale came free, but Conrado Moreno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Dida Vale fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. A collision led to EC Rodrigus MZ getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Ramón Godoi hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, EC Rodrigus MZ's goalkeeper Conrado Moreno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dobrašin Nevin. After a defensive mix-up in TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's zone, José Carlos Santos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Renan Furtado came out of the goal and José Carlos Santos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mauro Rodrigues hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Dagoberto Teixeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG booed when EC Rodrigus MZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jano Brodel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ramón Godoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the game, Edmundo Marinho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EC Rodrigus MZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG the free kick. After 42 played minutes EC Rodrigus MZ got a freekick which was hit by Edmundo Marinho. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Vivaldo Pitta took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Conrado Moreno to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dobrašin Nevin to make the kick off. Conrado Moreno came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Dida Vale. But to his dismay, Dida Vale quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After some careless play in the EC Rodrigus MZ defense, Dida Vale kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Conrado Moreno. The EC Rodrigus MZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Conrado Moreno should have stopped the shot. José Carlos Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Renan Furtado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Conrado Moreno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dida Vale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Ramón Godoi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The EC Rodrigus MZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dida Vale in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Conrado Moreno saved EC Rodrigus MZ from getting behind. 90 minutes into the match, Dobrašin Nevin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Conrado Moreno. EC Rodrigus MZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dobrašin Nevin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramón Godoi got free with Renan Furtado in the 99th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG had won after a very even match.
