The EC Rodrigus MZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Conrado Moreno should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ulisses Marquez made the kick off in the second half. Nando Abraão kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th play minute Víktor Nogueira came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Thomás Vides. 4-1. 64 minutes into the match, Víktor Nogueira notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Thomás Vides. Thomás Vides was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 68 minutes into the game, Víktor Nogueira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Thomás Vides was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 72nd minute, Gilvan de Lara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-3. 76 minutes into the game, Fernando Vinhas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Thomás Vides. Fernando Vinhas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-4. Dudu Sanches's late challenge caught a EC Rodrigus MZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dudu Sanches helped the player get up and apologised. In the 80th match minute, AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dudu Sanches to maneuver through the defense. Thomás Vides showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Vinhas, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
