In the 54th minute Feminista MZC were awarded a corner. Agnaldo Sarmento went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Feminista MZC's Tostão Lima getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Thiti Machado received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Caetano Pirani came out and tried to block the shot, but Thiti Machado slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 57th minute. Oséias Aguiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Caetano Pirani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gracie Barra's Hélio Reis suffered a concussion in the 61st minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After 61 minutes, Ronaldo Luz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Feminista MZC and the Gracie Barra players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gracie Barra made a substitution. Valério Maranhense replaced Hélio Reis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aílton Mota in the 65th minute of play forced Feminista MZC's goalkeeper Caetano Pirani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Gracie Barra left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Feminista MZC.
