Flávio Schmidt started the match with the kick off. Fausto Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Paranaense having to interfere. After 4 played minutes Vila Ema Ravens got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Magalhães. Vila Ema Ravens's Dráuzio Souza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Vila Ema Ravens from getting a goal against them. 10 minutes into the match, Mineiros Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Türker Sonalp came free, but Marcelo Paranaense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Flávio Schmidt came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Mineiros Esporte Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flávio Schmidt couldn't finish the play. Mineiros Esporte Clube's Marcelo Paranaense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Amaral in the 21st minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Türker Sonalp notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Mineiros Esporte Clube's Marcelo Paranaense. Marcelo Paranaense was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcelo Paranaense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdomiro Souto in the 32nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Flávio Schmidt during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 34th minute, Flávio Schmidt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flávio Schmidt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Dráuzio Souza made a huge save. In the 41st minute, Türker Sonalp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcelo Paranaense was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Marcelo Paranaense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Türker Sonalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dráuzio Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilton Siqueira in the 46th minute of the match. Rogério Massa's late challenge caught a Vila Ema Ravens's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rogério Massa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 47th match minute, Mineiros Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogério Massa to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Vila Ema Ravens were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Türker Sonalp to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Mineiros Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Lucas. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Balada in the 52nd minute of play forced Mineiros Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Marcelo Paranaense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Vila Ema Ravens's goal looked a bit too open when Wilton Siqueira came free, but Dráuzio Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Wilton Siqueira notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Vila Ema Ravens's Dráuzio Souza. Dráuzio Souza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 63 played minutes, Vila Ema Ravens's Severino Domenec shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marcelo Paranaense came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vila Ema Ravens reached it. In the 65th minute Fausto Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Vila Ema Ravens's Türker Sonalp slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcelo Paranaense. That made the score 1-4 after 68 minutes of play. André Balada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Marcelo Paranaense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. André Balada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Türker Sonalp got free with Marcelo Paranaense in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcelo Paranaense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Balada, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Mineiros Esporte Clube's Marcelo Paranaense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Amaral in the 91st minute of play. Wilton Siqueira hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Mineiros Esporte Clube's Marcelo Paranaense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Mineiros Esporte Clube from getting a goal against them. Türker Sonalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Paranaense having to interfere. When the match was over Vila Ema Ravens could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mineiros Esporte Clube throughout the match.
