Spectators: 163 (Terracing: 123, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Reginaldo Teixeira started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 2 minutes into the game, Dalmo Peixoto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. S.E. Cachoeirinha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Joinville City - FSCMZ the free kick. After 4 played minutes, Joinville City - FSCMZ's Luizinho Velasco shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ismael de Carvalho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Joinville City - FSCMZ reached it. Luizinho Velasco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ismael de Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Joinvilense in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th minute Joinville City - FSCMZ were awarded a corner. Luizinho Velasco went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Luizinho Velasco almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but S.E. Cachoeirinha's Ismael de Carvalho did a great save. Ismael de Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Paulo Ferreira in the 12th minute of the match. Ismael de Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luizinho Velasco in the 13th minute of play. Ismael de Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Joinvilense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ismael de Carvalho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adriano Joinvilense went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 20 minutes into the game, S.E. Cachoeirinha's Fabinho Vinhas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edmundo Falcão made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Inácio Cardoso hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Joinville City - FSCMZ's Edmundo Falcão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lauro Moura in the 24th minute of play. Luís Paulo Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Ismael de Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Adriano Joinvilense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ismael de Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Joinvilense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nilson da Rocha blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ismael de Carvalho having to make a save. 40 minutes into the match, S.E. Cachoeirinha's goal looked a bit too open when Luizinho Velasco came free, but Ismael de Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristiano Baptista struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Ismael de Carvalho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Joinville City - FSCMZ. S.E. Cachoeirinha's Ismael de Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Joinvilense in the 44th minute of play. Reginaldo Teixeira hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute of the match Luizinho Velasco sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ismael de Carvalho skillfully saved the ball. After 48 played minutes S.E. Cachoeirinha got a freekick which was hit by Dalmo Peixoto. After having played for 49 minutes, Luizinho Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Joinville City - FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luizinho Velasco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adriano Joinvilense made a kick off. Ismael de Carvalho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adriano Joinvilense in the 54th minute. 60 minutes into the game, Adriano Joinvilense cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Ismael de Carvalho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Nilson da Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to S.E. Cachoeirinha getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Reginaldo Teixeira hit a great ball. In the 75th match minute, S.E. Cachoeirinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giuseppe Meira to maneuver through the defense. With 77 minutes on the clock, Rafinha Gonçalves commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Nilson da Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Ismael de Carvalho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adriano Joinvilense in the 87th minute. 90 minutes into the game, Adriano Joinvilense cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Ismael de Carvalho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Luís Paulo Ferreira came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Joinville City - FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Paulo Ferreira couldn't finish the play. Adriano Joinvilense could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Ismael de Carvalho made a huge save. In the 96th minute, Joinville City - FSCMZ's Luís Paulo Ferreira dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-6. Joinville City - FSCMZ played a much better game than S.E. Cachoeirinha and deserved their victory. The S.E. Cachoeirinha players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
