Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Armandinho Vergílio started the match with the kick off. 2 minutes into the game, A.A. Francana's Armandinho Vergílio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ismael de Carvalho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Dalmo Peixoto's late challenge caught a A.A. Francana's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dalmo Peixoto helped the player get up and apologised. After 9 played minutes S.E. Cachoeirinha got a freekick which was hit by Dalmo Peixoto. Ismael de Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Ramos in the 10th minute of the match. Ismael de Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armandinho Vergílio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafinha Gonçalves's late challenge caught a A.A. Francana's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafinha Gonçalves helped the player get up and apologised. Rafinha Gonçalves hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Evandro Lago charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Evandro Lago the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Evandro Lago kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Fabinho Vinhas succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 20th playminute. In the 25th minute, Armandinho Vergílio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.A. Francana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Ismael de Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Ramos in the 30th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Wilton Romero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ismael de Carvalho. S.E. Cachoeirinha's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilton Romero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Wilton Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael de Carvalho having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Armandinho Vergílio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ismael de Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 41st match minute, S.E. Cachoeirinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmo Peixoto to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd match minute, S.E. Cachoeirinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafinha Gonçalves to maneuver through the defense. When Fabinho Vinhas came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the S.E. Cachoeirinha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabinho Vinhas couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Evandro Lago recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind S.E. Cachoeirinha's goalkeeper Ismael de Carvalho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fabinho Vinhas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evandro Lago was shown his second yellow card after 64 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to A.A. Francana getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Evandro Lago hit a great ball. Ismael de Carvalho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilton Romero went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Ismael de Carvalho came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by A.A. Francana's Armandinho Vergílio. But to his dismay, Armandinho Vergílio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Armandinho Vergílio took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ismael de Carvalho. Ismael de Carvalho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. In the 82nd minute Arnaldo Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael de Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilton Romero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ismael de Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 89 played minutes Wilton Romero scored with a long sweeping shot just to the left of Ismael de Carvalho who was too lazy, 1-7. Wilton Romero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ismael de Carvalho came out and tried to block the shot, but Wilton Romero slotted it home off the left post making it 1-8 in the 94th minute. A.A. Francana played a much better game than S.E. Cachoeirinha and deserved their victory. The S.E. Cachoeirinha players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
