The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Júlio Netto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Vae Victis!!'s Eulalio Llorian got control of the ball when Júlio Netto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rafinha Custódio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eulalio Llorian came out and tried to block the shot, but Rafinha Custódio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. In the 18th minute, Rafinha Custódio made a precise shot to the right of Eulalio Llorian. Vae Victis!!'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 21st match minute, Vae Victis!! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Hermes to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Josué Viana broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The supporters of E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE booed when Vae Victis!! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Maria Teixeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dida Velloso got a throw-in 28 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Iuri Vidal. In the 37th minute Rafinha Custódio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Llorian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jorge Furtado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juninho Lopes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Dida Velloso in the 39th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Nildo Gomes. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's attentive Alexsandro Alves managed to snatch the ball when Dida Velloso made a throw-in in the 40th minute of the game. Jorge Furtado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juninho Lopes in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Jorge Furtado made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Filipe Motta sent off a good shot on target. Júlio Netto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eulalio Llorian having to interfere. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vae Victis!!'s goalkeeper Eulalio Llorian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vae Victis!!'s Eulalio Llorian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafinha Custódio in the 56th minute of play. Dida Velloso kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After 66 minutes of play, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Rafinha Custódio made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eulalio Llorian was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vae Victis!!'s Greg Moore was substituted for Filipe Motta. The audience was convinced that Rafinha Custódio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eulalio Llorian was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Rafinha Custódio took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eulalio Llorian. Eulalio Llorian dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Rafinha Custódio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Eulalio Llorian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 81 minutes, Alexsandro Alves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE and the Vae Victis!! players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 82 played minutes E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE got a freekick which was hit by Alexsandro Alves. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Jorge Furtado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE from getting a goal against them. Jorge Furtado made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Falcão Garcia sent off a good shot on target. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's attentive Lorenzo Ursino managed to snatch the ball when Dida Velloso made a throw-in in the 85th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafinha Custódio in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eulalio Llorian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The throw-in from Dida Velloso in the 91st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Lorenzo Ursino. Jorge Furtado made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Renan Sabóia sent off a good shot on target. There was no doubt that E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE were the better team. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
