In the 3rd minute Caco Guerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Generoso Cordarin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute, Guilherme Abud made a precise shot to the right of Generoso Cordarin. Inacio F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Generoso Cordarin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caco Guerra in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Wilton Sá hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murilo Soares in the 19th minute of play forced Inacio F.C.'s goalkeeper Generoso Cordarin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inacio F.C.'s Generoso Cordarin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Soni Féron in the 22nd minute of play. Generoso Cordarin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caco Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Luizinho Donatello kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Leon Sport Club's Generoso Cordarin threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Caco Guerra, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 30th minute Leon Sport Club were awarded a corner. Maicon Freire went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Leon Sport Club's Maicon Freire to fire away a dangerous shot which Generoso Cordarin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 32nd minute, Soni Féron reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Generoso Cordarin. The goal made the score 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Soni Féron in the 35th minute of play forced Inacio F.C.'s goalkeeper Generoso Cordarin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Eliézer Maciel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Generoso Cordarin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caco Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Caco Guerra struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Generoso Cordarin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leon Sport Club. Inacio F.C.'s Generoso Cordarin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maicon Freire in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Caco Guerra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Soni Féron took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Generoso Cordarin. Generoso Cordarin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 54 minutes into the match, Inacio F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Guilherme Abud came free, but Generoso Cordarin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Generoso Cordarin came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Leon Sport Club's Guilherme Abud. But to his dismay, Guilherme Abud quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 59 minutes into the match, Guilherme Abud had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Generoso Cordarin. Inacio F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guilherme Abud was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 63 minutes into the match, Leon Sport Club's goalkeeper Joel Umea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by João Costa. After a defensive mix-up in Inacio F.C.'s zone, Caco Guerra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Generoso Cordarin came out of the goal and Caco Guerra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Generoso Cordarin came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Leon Sport Club's Beto Massa. But to his dismay, Beto Massa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. The supporters of Inacio F.C. booed when Leon Sport Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Soni Féron didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 77 minutes, Cleiton Miranda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leon Sport Club and the Inacio F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Leon Sport Club's Cleiton Miranda got a free kick in the 77th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Leon Sport Club's zone, Laerte Cardozo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joel Umea came out of the goal and Laerte Cardozo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 81 minutes into the match, Inacio F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Caco Guerra came free, but Generoso Cordarin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Generoso Cordarin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caco Guerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Inacio F.C. getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. João Costa hit a great ball. Carlos Eduardo Passos kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Leon Sport Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
