Edu Meira was slow to take the kick. During this time Nada Pontual F.C's players had a chance to rest. In the 10th minute, Aírton Furtado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Júnior Massa in the 11th minute really tested Leonardo Marques's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 13 minutes into the match, Nada Pontual F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Mário de Amaral came free, but Leonardo Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Olímpico Blumenau FC booed when Nada Pontual F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aírton Furtado didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Júnior Massa sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Leonardo Marques threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Júnior Massa this time. After a rather tough play, Nada Pontual F.C's Raúl Bezerra got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Caco Furlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chico Cavalcante in the 29th minute of the match. After 31 played minutes Nada Pontual F.C got a freekick which was hit by Aírton Furtado. The audience thought a goal was coming when Glauco Vander got free with Leonardo Marques in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leonardo Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute, Olímpico Blumenau FC's Breno Vianna dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Breno Vianna received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leonardo Marques came out and tried to block the shot, but Breno Vianna slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 38th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Olímpico Blumenau FC's Mário de Amaral slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leonardo Marques. That made the score 3-0 after 44 minutes of play. Mário de Amaral took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonardo Marques. Leonardo Marques dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when João Francisco Martins stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nada Pontual F.C's Leonardo Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Glauco Vander in the 54th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mário de Amaral in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonardo Marques prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 56th minute Olímpico Blumenau FC were awarded a corner. Júnior Massa went to the cornerflag to take it. Leonardo Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Breno Vianna in the 58th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Glauco Vander in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. Nada Pontual F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Glauco Vander was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 69 minutes into the match, Nada Pontual F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Dieguinho Magalhães came free, but Leonardo Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mário de Amaral in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonardo Marques prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leonardo Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Breno Vianna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonardo Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mário de Amaral in the 73rd minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Olímpico Blumenau FC's goalkeeper Caco Furlan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by João Francisco Martins. Leonardo Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mário de Amaral in the 75th minute of the match. Glauco Vander might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leonardo Marques. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Glauco Vander ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 83rd minute, Breno Vianna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonardo Marques was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Leonardo Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dieguinho Magalhães, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute, João Francisco Martins reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Caco Furlan. The goal made the score 6-1. Nada Pontual F.C's Leonardo Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mário de Amaral in the 92nd minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Nada Pontual F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Breno Vianna came free, but Leonardo Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olímpico Blumenau FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
