The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the match, Jackie Tan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Telmo Madureira. Humberto Paes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Kong Gang Zhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raphael de Salles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kong Gang Zhan having to interfere. Telmo Madureira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Batista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. E.C 2 Janeiro RS's Telmo Madureira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Batista in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute of the match Cremonese FC got a corner. E.C 2 Janeiro RS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Felipe Lara ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Felipe Lara got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Telmo Madureira quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 18 minutes into the match, Emanuel Jurgi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Telmo Madureira. The Cremonese FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kaká Ramalho during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 33rd minute, Kaká Ramalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Telmo Madureira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yasar Bonnemain, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute Felipe Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Telmo Madureira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcus Batista to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Cremonese FC's Marcus Batista slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Telmo Madureira. That made the score 0-6 after 52 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jackie Tan got free with Telmo Madureira in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 57 minutes into the match, Jackie Tan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Telmo Madureira. Cremonese FC made a substitution. Dida Tróia replaced Luizinho Arce. Marcus Batista took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Telmo Madureira. Telmo Madureira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. If Haroldo Sanches had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute, Yasar Bonnemain reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Telmo Madureira. The goal made the score 0-11. 82 minutes into the game, Cremonese FC's Jackie Tan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Telmo Madureira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-12. The crowd rose to their feet as Yasar Bonnemain kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Telmo Madureira. That made the score 0-13 in the 86 minute of play. Telmo Madureira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yasar Bonnemain, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Emanuel Jurgi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Telmo Madureira. In the 94th play minute Emanuel Jurgi came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Telmo Madureira. 0-15. Cremonese FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
