Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kauan Guerra started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Dorian Prado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MarquinhosEC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Montesclarense E.C. the free kick. In the 5th match minute, MarquinhosEC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorian Prado to maneuver through the defense. After 6 played minutes MarquinhosEC got a freekick which was hit by Patrick de Queirós. A collision led to Montesclarense E.C. getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Baltazar Corrêa hit a great ball. 10 minutes in the game Jeferson Prado did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Erivaldo Coelho. Tostão Cardoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elano Xavier in the 16th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Montesclarense E.C.'s zone, Dorian Prado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tostão Cardoso came out of the goal and Dorian Prado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baltazar Corrêa hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Tostão Cardoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabinho Marinho in the 24th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kauan Guerra in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zeca Cerezo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luiz Fabiano Aguiar scored 0-2 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zeca Cerezo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Kauan Guerra sped through MarquinhosEC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zeca Cerezo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kauan Guerra in the 40th minute of play forced MarquinhosEC's goalkeeper Zeca Cerezo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Kauan Guerra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zeca Cerezo was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. 45 minutes into the match, MarquinhosEC's goal looked a bit too open when Kauan Guerra came free, but Zeca Cerezo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Zeca Cerezo was a little too slow when Kauan Guerra got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 0-4. Duarte Barral kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Guto de Toledo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Durval Tinoco came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Montesclarense E.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Durval Tinoco couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Montesclarense E.C.'s Kauan Guerra slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zeca Cerezo. That made the score 0-6 after 69 minutes of play. Zeca Cerezo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hélder Oliveira in the 82nd minute of the match. MarquinhosEC's Zeca Cerezo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélder Oliveira in the 83rd minute of play. A collision led to Montesclarense E.C. getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Wilson Sá hit a great ball. Tostão Cardoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorian Prado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zeca Cerezo was a little too slow when Kauan Guerra got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 0-7. When the final whistle sounded Montesclarense E.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than MarquinhosEC.
