The Templários MZC fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when Templários MZC's Roger Guedes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Atlético Minuano's Ronaldinho Prado got a free kick in the 12th minute. Atlético Minuano's Marcelo Linares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zula Marciewicz in the 13th minute of play. Marcelo Linares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Guedes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Atlético Minuano's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Guedes came free, but Marcelo Linares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raúl Seco to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Templários MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Waldemar Radziszewski came free, but Laze Gjoka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Atlético Minuano getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Tadeu Barreto hit a great ball. Atlético Minuano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raúl Seco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. After 84 minutes, Tiago Santos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlético Minuano and the Templários MZC players grew even worse after the yellow card.
