The supporters of Nonatos United booed when Olímpico FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artur Favoretto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute, Michel Neves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Serafim Paes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Michel Neves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Serafim Paes having to make a save. Serafim Paes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Neves in the 11th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Michel Neves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Serafim Paes was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafim Paes having to interfere. Serafim Paes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michel Neves, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Olímpico FC's Serafim Paes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Michel Neves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Serafim Paes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 24 minutes into the match, Nonatos United's Michel Neves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Serafim Paes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 25 minutes into the match, Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Serafim Paes. Olímpico FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Luís Paulo Furlan made in the 28th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Nonatos United's Cengizhan Kaan. When Michel Neves came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Nonatos United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michel Neves couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Nonatos United getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Angel-Enrique De La Rosa-Choca hit a great ball. Olímpico FC's Serafim Paes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Neves in the 35th minute of play. Michel Neves took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Serafim Paes. Serafim Paes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Michel Neves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Serafim Paes having to make a save. Serafim Paes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Neves in the 40th minute of play. If Michel Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. João Vítor Arósio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davi Diniz in the 42nd minute of the match. Serafim Paes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michel Neves, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Serafim Paes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Neves in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The wind increased when Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink made the kick off in the second half. Michel Neves did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-5 to the left of a surprised Serafim Paes 52 minutes into the match. Michel Neves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Serafim Paes made a huge save. 58 minutes into the match, Nonatos United's Michel Neves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Serafim Paes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Serafim Paes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Michel Neves's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. 67 minutes into the game, Michel Neves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Serafim Paes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Michel Neves might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Serafim Paes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Michel Neves ran back to his position shaking his head. Jerzy Giejda charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jerzy Giejda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jerzy Giejda hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michel Neves in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Serafim Paes saved Olímpico FC from getting behind. If Michel Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink had several of the Olímpico FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 85 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-10 score and a disappointed Serafim Paes as he didn't even see the shot coming. Gerson de Medeiros's late challenge caught a Nonatos United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gerson de Medeiros helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Olímpico FC's Gerson de Medeiros got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 91st minute, Michel Neves reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Serafim Paes. The goal made the score 0-11. Makis Apostolakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafim Paes having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Nonatos United left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Olímpico FC.
