Medero Gadea in the 5thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Diamantino Magalhães, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Academia Militar MZ's Hélder Custódio got a free kick in the 7th minute. Per-Oskar Ekgren kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edin Džeko got free with Diamantino Magalhães in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 14 minutes into the game, Medero Gadea recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Diamantino Magalhães. Medero Gadea showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Diamantino Magalhães was a little too slow when Edin Džeko got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 2-0. When GeRaÇãO-83's Edin Džeko in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Academia Militar MZ's goalie prevented a goal. In the 24th minute GeRaÇãO-83 were awarded a corner. Per-Oskar Ekgren went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to GeRaÇãO-83's Jiang Xiang Sheng getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After 27 played minutes Academia Militar MZ got a freekick which was hit by Hélder Custódio. GeRaÇãO-83's Edin Džeko got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernd Goldsche in the 40th minute of play forced GeRaÇãO-83's goalkeeper Grzegorz Siekierski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diamantino Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edin Džeko, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Diamantino Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Medero Gadea in the 54th minute of the match. Diamantino Magalhães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Medero Gadea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Academia Militar MZ's goalkeeper Diamantino Magalhães, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 59 minutes into the match, Academia Militar MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Edin Džeko came free, but Diamantino Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Medero Gadea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diamantino Magalhães having to interfere. Gilvan Cabral kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Academia Militar MZ's goalkeeper Diamantino Magalhães, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Diamantino Magalhães didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edin Džeko went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Diamantino Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edin Džeko in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute, Per-Oskar Ekgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 89 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Academia Militar MZ! In the 90th minute there was a penalty for GeRaÇãO-83. Brian Ocampo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Diamantino Magalhães. 5-0. Diamantino Magalhães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edin Džeko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the match, GeRaÇãO-83's goalkeeper Grzegorz Siekierski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilmar Torres. For all the effort they put into the match, the Academia Militar MZ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for GeRaÇãO-83.
