Spectators: 155 (Terracing: 117, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Mamutes EC's Bola Forte started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Glauco do Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilson Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Hartmann Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Bola Forte came free, but Blasco Macho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th match minute, Hartmann Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgílio Domingues to maneuver through the defense. Blasco Macho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bola Forte in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Glauco do Nascimento in the 11th minute of play forced Mamutes EC's goalkeeper Nilson Paranaense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blasco Macho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edvaldo Soares in the 14th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Simão de Lara notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Hartmann Futebol Clube's Blasco Macho. Blasco Macho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nilson Paranaense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aloísio Lopez in the 24th minute of play. Blasco Macho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bola Forte, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 30 minutes into the game, Glauco do Nascimento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Nilson Paranaense was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mamutes EC's Nilson Paranaense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonçalo Madureira in the 34th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gonçalo Madureira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nilson Paranaense was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. 37 minutes into the match, Gonçalo Madureira notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Mamutes EC's Nilson Paranaense. Nilson Paranaense was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mamutes EC were furious when Rui Lago was red carded, 40 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 41 played minutes Mamutes EC got a freekick which was hit by Rui Lago. After a rather tough play, Hartmann Futebol Clube's Wilton Baptista got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Simão de Lara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Blasco Macho made a huge save. After the first half Hartmann Futebol Clube were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aloísio Lopez to make the kick off. Blasco Macho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edvaldo Soares in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Hartmann Futebol Clube's Wilton Baptista got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute of the match Cido Cosme shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Blasco Macho showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mamutes EC's Nilson Paranaense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Mamutes EC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Mamutes EC's Nilson Paranaense got control of the ball when Glauco do Nascimento tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 66th minute Simão de Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blasco Macho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aloísio Lopez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd minute Glauco do Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilson Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nilson Paranaense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Glauco do Nascimento in the 74th minute of the match. The supporters of Hartmann Futebol Clube booed when Mamutes EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emílio Mello didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonçalo Madureira in the 78th minute of play forced Mamutes EC's goalkeeper Nilson Paranaense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nilson Paranaense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonçalo Madureira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonçalo Madureira in the 82nd minute of play forced Mamutes EC's goalkeeper Nilson Paranaense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emílio Mello's late challenge caught a Hartmann Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emílio Mello helped the player get up and apologised. In the 83rd minute, Emílio Mello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Maicon Silva came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Hartmann Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maicon Silva couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Gonçalo Madureira took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Nilson Paranaense to make any attempt to save it. 92 minutes into the game, Glauco do Nascimento recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nilson Paranaense. Glauco do Nascimento showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4.
