In the 4th minute Monge Mong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé de Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zé de Senna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monge Mong in the 8th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Dinamo Colorado's goal looked a bit too open when Dário da Cunha came free, but Wellington Abraão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wellington Abraão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dário da Cunha went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Leandro Damião put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Zé de Senna. If Rui Coutinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zé de Senna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Damião in the 19th minute of the match. Zé de Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Damião, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Monge Mong hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute, Monge Mong made a precise shot to the right of Zé de Senna. Matungo Gaúcho's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. If Monge Mong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zé de Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Carvalho in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Daniel Carvalho made a precise shot to the right of Zé de Senna. Matungo Gaúcho's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Zé de Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monge Mong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zé de Senna came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Dinamo Colorado's Leandro Damião. But to his dismay, Leandro Damião quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Zé de Senna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Damião in the 38th minute of the match. Zé de Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monge Mong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Tadeu Brodel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zé de Senna. Matungo Gaúcho's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tadeu Brodel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. In the 44th minute Breno Velloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wellington Abraão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zé de Senna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Damião, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Toninho Vale charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Toninho Vale the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute, Toninho Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zé de Senna didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Monge Mong went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-6.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leandro Damião made a kick off. When Leandro Damião came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Dinamo Colorado fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leandro Damião couldn't finish the play. 55 minutes into the match, Daniel Carvalho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zé de Senna, 1-7. In the 58th minute, Leandro Damião reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zé de Senna. The goal made the score 1-8. After a defensive mix-up in Matungo Gaúcho's zone, Leandro Damião stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé de Senna came out of the goal and Leandro Damião tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tadeu Brodel was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 65th minute. Dinamo Colorado's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Monge Mong took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zé de Senna. Zé de Senna dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-9. Dinamo Colorado made a substitution. Giovanni Prata replaced Monge Mong. Zé de Senna made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Giovanni Prata sent off a good shot on target. Leandro Damião who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Zé de Senna when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Matungo Gaúcho's Pedro Luís da Mata got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Dinamo Colorado made a substitution. Miguel Trigo replaced Leandro Damião. Zé de Senna came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Dinamo Colorado's Miguel Trigo. But to his dismay, Miguel Trigo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-10. Dinamo Colorado's Telmo Novaes was substituted for Tadeu Brodel. Giovanni Prata recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zé de Senna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Telmo Novaes in the 93rd minute of the match. Miguel Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Zé de Senna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th play minute Miguel Trigo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Zé de Senna. 1-11. When the match was over Dinamo Colorado could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Matungo Gaúcho throughout the match.
