After 6 played minutes Dinamo Colorado got a freekick which was hit by Tadeu Brodel. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedito de Sousa in the 16th minute of play forced Dinamo Colorado's goalkeeper Wellington Abraão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wellington Abraão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zeca de Lara in the 21st minute. Dr Lecter SC were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Dinamo Colorado's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adilson Amorim took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Adilson Amorim got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wellington Abraão quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Paulão Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monge Mong in the 27th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Dr Lecter SC's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Damião came free, but Paulão Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Dinamo Colorado booed when Dr Lecter SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabrício De León didn't get a good kick on the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Dr Lecter SC's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Damião came free, but Paulão Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Dinamo Colorado's zone, Zeca de Lara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wellington Abraão came out of the goal and Zeca de Lara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dinamo Colorado's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Benedito de Sousa 38 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. 41 minutes into the game, Zeca de Lara recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wellington Abraão. Zeca de Lara showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Wellington Abraão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedito de Sousa, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After a rather tough play, Dr Lecter SC's Adilson Amorim got a free kick in the 46th minute. Monge Mong took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Paulão Esteves. Dr Lecter SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leandro Damião to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monge Mong in the 54th minute of play forced Dr Lecter SC's goalkeeper Paulão Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Dr Lecter SC's Benedito de Sousa got a free kick in the 57th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Dr Lecter SC's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Damião came free, but Paulão Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute Benedito de Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wellington Abraão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leandro Damião received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Paulão Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dinamo Colorado's Giovanni Prata was substituted for Monge Mong. Dinamo Colorado's Tadeu Brodel got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Dr Lecter SC's Adalberto Pirani got a free kick in the 77th minute. Dinamo Colorado's Miguel Trigo was substituted for Leandro Damião. Dinamo Colorado made a substitution. Telmo Novaes replaced Tadeu Brodel. Gürbüz Raif kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Wellington Abraão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeca de Lara, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Telmo Novaes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dinamo Colorado's supporters rose to their feet, but Telmo Novaes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulão Esteves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gürbüz Raif kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Benedito de Sousa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wellington Abraão was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Telmo Novaes scored 2-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulão Esteves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
