Dino Saraiva scored 2-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sidney Queirós, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 19 minutes into the match, Miau Stars's goalkeeper Sidney Queirós had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Denílson Negri. Miau Stars's Sidney Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denílson Negri in the 35th minute of play. Sidney Queirós was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but José Vítor Goiano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 36 minute of play. In the 41st minute, Miau Stars's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Denílson Negri fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Denílson Negri succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 43rd playminute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maria Socorro to strike the kick off in the second half. Léo de Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinei Carioca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denílson Negri in the 54th minute of play forced Miau Stars's goalkeeper Sidney Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the game, Floresta Club U18's Dino Saraiva nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sidney Queirós made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. 62 minutes into the match, Miau Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Saraiva came free, but Sidney Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nilson Soares kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Miau Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Eusébio Baptista came free, but Sidney Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nildo Ribeiro helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Miau Stars's Nildo Ribeiro got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 83rd minute of the match, Beto Vinhas sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Sidney Queirós showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. In the 84th minute, Denílson Negri ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sidney Queirós was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Maria Socorro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Léo de Brito having to interfere. The supporters of Miau Stars booed when Floresta Club U18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Vítor Goiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dino Saraiva scored 8-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sidney Queirós, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Denílson Negri might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sidney Queirós. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Denílson Negri ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee ended the match the Floresta Club U18 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
