Rogério Cenin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rogério Cenin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lukasz Gmoch showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 16 minute of play. Lukasz Gmoch was extremely unlucky when he, in the 23rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Cleiton Paraíba's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rogério Cenin firmly grabbed it by the left post. Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's Léo Ribeiro couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 48th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for MDS Soccer Club. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Finn Hegstad to make the kick off. Artur Romero was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ernani Costa. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lukasz Gmoch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rogério Cenin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erivaldo Severo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute, Mazinho Marquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. MDS Soccer Club fully deserved thier win.
