After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Mathias Pitta made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Mathias Pitta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emílio Motta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flavinho Alagoano in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Wanderson Pirani, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Guará FC's Emílio Motta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Damião in the 58th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Guará FC's Flavinho Alagoano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wanderson Pirani narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
