Thibault Mamardashvili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquinhos Meirelles in the 21st minute of play. With his leg Toninho Trancoso managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Coice de Mula's Henrique Antunes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thibault Mamardashvili showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilson Favoretto in the 33rd minute of the match. SC Bertioga were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Coice de Mula's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wilson Favoretto took the corner. 44 minutes into the match, Henrique Antunes notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of SC Bertioga's Toninho Trancoso. Toninho Trancoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half the score was level.
