After 20 played minutes AS Pikachuzim got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Bittencourt. After 26 played minutes AS Pikachuzim got a freekick which was hit by Gil Vale. In the 35th minute, Aga Cuarto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Bittencourt got free with Júlio Schmidt in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 42 minutes, Cristian Bittencourt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AS Pikachuzim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Bittencourt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th match minute, S.E. Pindorama Eagles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aga Cuarto to maneuver through the defense. If Jaime Teixeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Júlio Schmidt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Bittencourt in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Aga Cuarto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gil Vale took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Júlio Schmidt. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Mário de Azevedo struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Pedro Luiz Matorin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.E. Pindorama Eagles. 62 minutes into the game, Mário de Azevedo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pedro Luiz Matorin. Mário de Azevedo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. When Aga Cuarto fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.E. Pindorama Eagles's protests and gave Aga Cuarto a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of AS Pikachuzim booed when S.E. Pindorama Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aga Cuarto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes in the game Luizão Fontes did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Jaime Teixeira. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vito Batista in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Júlio Schmidt saved S.E. Pindorama Eagles from getting behind. In the 78thth minute of the game Vito Batista who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Júlio Schmidt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Júlio Schmidt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Bittencourt, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Bittencourt in the 82nd minute of play forced S.E. Pindorama Eagles's goalkeeper Júlio Schmidt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute Cristian Bittencourt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Schmidt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind S.E. Pindorama Eagles's goalkeeper Júlio Schmidt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Júlio Schmidt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Bittencourt in the 88th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Cristian Bittencourt notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Júlio Schmidt. Júlio Schmidt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the final whistle went the supporters of S.E. Pindorama Eagles were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant AS Pikachuzim side.
