Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Clóvis Souza got the match started through his kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as EDI MZB's Caco Mota slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Michel Viana. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. 13 minutes into the match, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's goalkeeper Michel Viana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Caco Mota. Michel Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caco Mota in the 18th minute of play. Michel Viana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hortêncio Passos in the 20th minute. After a rather tough play, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Jean Oliveira got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Gustavo Souza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Michel Viana. Donzela de Ferro FBPA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustavo Souza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Clóvis Souza took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yuri Lago. Yuri Lago dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 37th minute, Conrado de Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the match, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's goalkeeper Michel Viana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Danilo Pires. The supporters of EDI MZB booed when Donzela de Ferro FBPA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean Oliveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Michel Viana was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Danilo Pires. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clóvis Souza in the 43rd minute of play forced EDI MZB's goalkeeper Yuri Lago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yuri Lago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clóvis Souza in the 43rd minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hortêncio Passos to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sidnei Fernandez in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Michel Viana saved Donzela de Ferro FBPA from getting behind. Michel Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Souza in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the game, Caco Mota cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Michel Viana was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 58 minutes into the match, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Souza came free, but Michel Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matheus Cardoso hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Danilo Pires took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Michel Viana. Michel Viana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. After having played for 67 minutes, Clóvis Souza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Donzela de Ferro FBPA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clóvis Souza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Michel Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caco Mota in the 71st minute of play. Michel Viana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sidnei Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Donzela de Ferro FBPA made a substitution. Pedrão Capixaba replaced Jean Oliveira. David Andrade got a throw-in 78 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Sidnei Fernandez. Hortêncio Passos might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Michel Viana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hortêncio Passos ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 82nd minute Gustavo Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Viana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to EDI MZB getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Danilo Pires hit a great ball. In the 84th minute of the match Luizinho Custódio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yuri Lago showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Yuri Lago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Berger, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After having played for 92 minutes, Gustavo Souza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EDI MZB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustavo Souza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 94 played minutes Donzela de Ferro FBPA got a freekick which was hit by Pedrão Capixaba. In the 96th minute, Gustavo Souza made a precise shot to the right of Michel Viana. Donzela de Ferro FBPA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. When the referee ended the match the EDI MZB players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
