Spectators: 187 (Terracing: 141, Seating: 43, VIP seats: 3) Brendan Gannan started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Eddie Sparrow made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthias Hanslow in the 5th minute of play. In the 5th minute, Matthias Hanslow ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eddie Sparrow was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Eddie Sparrow came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Manly FC's Mourad Rocchi. But to his dismay, Mourad Rocchi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Eddie Sparrow came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Manly FC's Randle Rutledge. But to his dismay, Randle Rutledge quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The supporters of Frenchville Sports Club booed when Manly FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Battle Dowsing didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute, Randle Rutledge ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eddie Sparrow was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 30 minutes into the game, Manly FC's Randle Rutledge nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eddie Sparrow made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Eddie Sparrow took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rob Burton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eddie Sparrow made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rob Burton in the 33rd minute of play. Brendan Gannan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Sydney Ross made a huge save. Eddie Sparrow took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mourad Rocchi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the match, Frenchville Sports Club's goal looked a bit too open when Randle Rutledge came free, but Eddie Sparrow reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Randle Rutledge managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manly FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Randle Rutledge was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eddie Sparrow breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 40 minutes into the match, Randle Rutledge had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eddie Sparrow. Frenchville Sports Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Randle Rutledge was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Sydney Ross made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brendan Gannan in the 45th minute. Aaron Marcola's late challenge caught a Manly FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aaron Marcola helped the player get up and apologised. Aaron Marcola kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

In the 62nd minute, Manly FC's Rob Burton ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eddie Sparrow. Eddie Sparrow yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. In the 64th minute Mourad Rocchi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eddie Sparrow saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Randle Rutledge took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eddie Sparrow. Eddie Sparrow dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. Randle Rutledge succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-10 in the 71st playminute. Manly FC made a substitution. Mister Yasin replaced Rob Burton. In the 76th minute Brendan Gannan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sydney Ross saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Frenchville Sports Club's Eddie Sparrow got control of the ball when Randle Rutledge tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sydney Ross showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brendan Gannan, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Frenchville Sports Club's Brendan Gannan managed to work through Manly FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Brendan Gannan dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Frenchville Sports Club were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Manly FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Earle Lingwoodock took the corner. The corner led Frenchville Sports Club's Earle Lingwoodock to fire away a dangerous shot which Sydney Ross despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sydney Ross made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reese Oconnell in the 85th minute of play. Sydney Ross made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kris Franklin in the 87th minute of play. After 89 minutes of play, Manly FC's Mister Yasin made it 0-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eddie Sparrow was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eddie Sparrow made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Randle Rutledge sent off a good shot on target. 93 minutes into the game, Damon Waters cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-11. Sydney Ross was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Manly FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
