Stratton FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antonio Pinal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Antonio Pinal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jesse Brennand having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Pinal in the 17th minute of play forced Stratton FC's goalkeeper Jesse Brennand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Stratton FC defense, Antonio Pinal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jesse Brennand. The Stratton FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jesse Brennand should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Pinal in the 21st minute of play forced Stratton FC's goalkeeper Jesse Brennand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 24 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Stratton FC! Stratton FC:s Jesse Brennand showed great skill when he stopped Antonio Pinal:s penalty. Jesse Brennand didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antonio Pinal went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Antonio Pinal might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jesse Brennand. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antonio Pinal ran back to his position shaking his head. Stratton FC's Jesse Brennand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Pinal in the 30th minute of play. The supporters of Harry Cool booed when Stratton FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boyd Alcock didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antonio Pinal scored 0-5 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jesse Brennand, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bran Greenan hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The supporters of Harry Cool booed when Stratton FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brandes Starling didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Antonio Pinal made the kick off in the second half. Antonio Pinal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Harry Cool booed when Stratton FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boyd Alcock didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antonio Pinal might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jesse Brennand. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antonio Pinal ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 58th minute Antonio Pinal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesse Brennand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute, Antonio Pinal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Harry Cool's Antonio Pinal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jesse Brennand narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 69th minute Harry Cool were awarded a corner. Antonio Pinal went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Harry Cool's Antonio Pinal to fire away a dangerous shot which Jesse Brennand despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After having played for 79 minutes, Long Tencer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Harry Cool's supporters crossed their fingers, but Long Tencer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Antonio Pinal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
