Pete Bunworth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Blake Kinnaird made a huge save. In the 5th minute, Rodborough's Pete Bunworth ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Blake Kinnaird. Blake Kinnaird yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Liu Ping Di got free with Blake Kinnaird in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edwards Kidman came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by BES MUDI BANDITS's Stewart Watson. But to his dismay, Stewart Watson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After some careless play in the BES MUDI BANDITS defense, Pete Bunworth kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Blake Kinnaird. The BES MUDI BANDITS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Blake Kinnaird should have stopped the shot. In the 20th minute, Bickford Cochrane got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 22nd match minute, Rodborough was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Alves to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Rodborough's goal looked a bit too open when Nichol Clark came free, but Edwards Kidman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blake Kinnaird didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pete Bunworth went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Edwards Kidman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stewart Watson went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-4 was the resulting score. When BES MUDI BANDITS's Edmonds Askew in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rodborough's goalie prevented a goal. 40 minutes into the game, Nichol Clark cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-5. Edwards Kidman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 45th minute Nichol Clark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwards Kidman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Alves in the 47th minute of play forced BES MUDI BANDITS's goalkeeper Blake Kinnaird to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nichol Clark was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Pete Bunworth made a precise shot to the right of Blake Kinnaird. BES MUDI BANDITS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-5. In the 55th minute Keefe Johnson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blake Kinnaird saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pete Bunworth in the 63rd minute of play forced BES MUDI BANDITS's goalkeeper Blake Kinnaird to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute Nichol Clark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwards Kidman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Keefer Paynter's late challenge caught a Rodborough's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Keefer Paynter helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th match minute, BES MUDI BANDITS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Keefer Paynter to maneuver through the defense. Blake Kinnaird showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pete Bunworth, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Edwards Kidman made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Stewart Watson sent off a good shot on target. Rodborough's Bickford Cochrane got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Rodborough getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Samuel Adamson hit a great ball. 85 minutes into the game, BES MUDI BANDITS's Stewart Watson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edwards Kidman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-7. In the 88th minute, Cullen Reichelt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 91 minutes, Edwards Kidman successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 92 minutes into the match, Rodborough's goal looked a bit too open when Nichol Clark came free, but Edwards Kidman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. BES MUDI BANDITS's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
