When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Baldwin 舒 took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Edwards Kidman to make any attempt to save it. Baldwin 舒 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edwards Kidman having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Elderslie Magpies's Dioskouroi Zahakis got a free kick in the 16th minute. Bickford Cochrane took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 17th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alan Voller. Elderslie Magpies's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 18th minute, Jarrett Maddern hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alan Voller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezary Gruchacz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edwards Kidman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dioskouroi Zahakis in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Munroe Paddle was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rodborough's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Elderslie Magpies the free kick. After 24 played minutes Rodborough got a freekick which was hit by Munroe Paddle. In the 25th minute of the match Dioskouroi Zahakis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edwards Kidman skillfully saved the ball. Alan Voller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pete Bunworth in the 27th minute of the match. A collision led to Elderslie Magpies getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Baldwin 舒 hit a great ball. Ralph Gorham could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Edwards Kidman made a huge save. Rodborough's Edwards Kidman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldwin 舒 in the 35th minute of play. When Cezary Gruchacz came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Rodborough fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cezary Gruchacz couldn't finish the play. After 46 minutes, Jarrett Maddern mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Elderslie Magpies and the Rodborough players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Rodborough booed when Elderslie Magpies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarrett Maddern didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cezary Gruchacz was the one to do the kick off. Edwards Kidman came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Elderslie Magpies's Baldwin 舒. But to his dismay, Baldwin 舒 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 56th minute of the match, Cezary Gruchacz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alan Voller was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jesse Staggard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Edwards Kidman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dioskouroi Zahakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 66 minutes into the match, Rodborough's goal looked a bit too open when Jesse Staggard came free, but Edwards Kidman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elderslie Magpies were furious when Gilberto Fernandes was red carded, 68 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 68 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Elderslie Magpies! Elderslie Magpies:s Alan Voller showed great skill when he stopped Bickford Cochrane:s penalty. Edwards Kidman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dioskouroi Zahakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 75 minutes into the game, Elderslie Magpies's Dioskouroi Zahakis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edwards Kidman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. 79 minutes into the match, Rodborough's goal looked a bit too open when Jesse Staggard came free, but Edwards Kidman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th match minute, Rodborough was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liu Ping Di to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Elderslie Magpies's Alan Voller got control of the ball when Cezary Gruchacz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 91 minutes, Blade Deal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rodborough and the Elderslie Magpies players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Elderslie Magpies booed when Rodborough was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blade Deal didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Rodborough players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Elderslie Magpies.
