Hernandez Ventosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fortunato Canal in the 12th minute of the match. Linterna verde's Zoilo Rojica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lawrence Osuna in the 14th minute of play. Zoilo Rojica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pitin Malet in the 17th minute of play. Hernandez Ventosa made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Fortunato Canal sent off a good shot on target. In the 24th minute, Neomar Lander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fortunato Canal in the 25th minute of play forced Unikurdos United F.C.'s goalkeeper Hernandez Ventosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Linterna verde's Zoilo Rojica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Pangua in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute Unikurdos United F.C. were awarded a corner. Fidensio Mendieta went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Unikurdos United F.C.'s Fidensio Mendieta to fire away a dangerous shot which Zoilo Rojica despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 40th minute, Neomar Lander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the game, Fero Añe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Linterna verde's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Unikurdos United F.C. the free kick. Unikurdos United F.C.'s Hernandez Ventosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evelio Calvete in the 46th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fortunato Canal was the one to do the kick off. Fortunato Canal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Hernandez Ventosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Osasun Agriano's late challenge caught a Linterna verde's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Osasun Agriano helped the player get up and apologised. When Pitin Malet came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Unikurdos United F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pitin Malet couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Freddy Pangua managed to get in a good position for a shot. Unikurdos United F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Pangua was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zoilo Rojica breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Medardo Argudo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Linterna verde's Fortunato Canal in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After having played for 84 minutes, Fortunato Canal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Linterna verde's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fortunato Canal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Fortunato Canal came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Linterna verde fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fortunato Canal couldn't finish the play. Zoilo Rojica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Pangua, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Zoilo Rojica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Pangua in the 96th minute of the match. The Unikurdos United F.C. players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Linterna verde from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
