The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfredo Di Sipio helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, AC Morena's Alfredo Di Sipio got a free kick in the 13th minute. Sylwester Hajder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anselmo Felli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Di Sipio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Ruggeri in the 23rd minute of play forced AC Morena's goalkeeper Biagio Polo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Biagio Polo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Ruggeri, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 30 minutes into the match, AC Morena's Sylwester Hajder sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anselmo Felli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Biagio Polo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Ruggeri, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Sylwester Hajder struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Anselmo Felli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AC Morena. Biagio Polo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davide De Paolis in the 35th minute of the match. Biagio Polo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Ruggeri, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, AC Morena's goal looked a bit too open when Ennio Scafati came free, but Biagio Polo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Ennio Scafati made a precise shot to the right of Biagio Polo. AC Morena's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Biagio Polo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Ruggeri in the 48th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfredo Di Sipio was the one to do the kick off. Sylwester Hajder's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anselmo Felli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Zola Predosa FC's Anselmo Felli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sylwester Hajder in the 54th minute of play. Davide De Paolis kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Anselmo Felli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Di Sipio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Davide De Paolis put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Biagio Polo. In the 64th minute AC Morena were awarded a corner. Anfilogino Tozzi went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Edmondo Verdini almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Zola Predosa FC's Anselmo Felli did a great save. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Davide De Paolis took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Biagio Polo to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sylwester Hajder in the 74th minute of play forced Zola Predosa FC's goalkeeper Anselmo Felli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Biagio Polo was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Claudio Ruggeri capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Claudio Ruggeri really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Davide De Paolis got free with Biagio Polo in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 83rd minute Claudio Ruggeri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biagio Polo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anselmo Felli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Di Sipio in the 85th minute of play. Biagio Polo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Davide De Paolis in the 87th minute. In the 95th minute Alfredo Di Sipio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Felli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Claudio Ruggeri fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zola Predosa FC's protests and gave Claudio Ruggeri a yellow card for diving instead. After 96 played minutes Zola Predosa FC got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Ruggeri. Zola Predosa FC played a much better game than AC Morena and deserved their victory. The AC Morena players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
