Emiliano Di Filippo's late challenge caught a Zola Predosa FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emiliano Di Filippo helped the player get up and apologised. Emiliano Di Filippo kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Flavio Fallito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Ruggeri in the 17th minute of play. Claudio Ruggeri did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Flavio Fallito 18 minutes into the match. When Zola Predosa FC's Claudio Ruggeri in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Black Devil Napoli's goalie prevented a goal. 23 minutes into the game, Ennio Scafati recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Flavio Fallito. Ennio Scafati showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Flavio Fallito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Ruggeri, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Flavio Fallito was a little too slow when Claudio Ruggeri got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 4-0. Ennio Scafati struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Flavio Fallito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zola Predosa FC. Claudio Ruggeri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Fallito having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Zola Predosa FC's Ennio Scafati slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Flavio Fallito. That made the score 5-0 after 40 minutes of play. The supporters of Black Devil Napoli booed when Zola Predosa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudio Ruggeri didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Black Devil Napoli's Flavio Fallito got control of the ball when Ennio Scafati tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emiliano Di Filippo to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudio Ruggeri in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flavio Fallito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Black Devil Napoli's Flavio Fallito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ennio Scafati in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd match minute, Black Devil Napoli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Micarelli to maneuver through the defense. Anselmo Micarelli kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Flavio Fallito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ennio Scafati, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 69 minutes of play, Zola Predosa FC's Claudio Ruggeri made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavio Fallito was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 73rd minute Claudio Ruggeri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Fallito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75thth minute of the game Claudio Ruggeri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Black Devil Napoli's Flavio Fallito was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Flavio Fallito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Ruggeri in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Claudio Ruggeri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zola Predosa FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Ennio Scafati shot the penalty kick right outside the post. If Ennio Scafati had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Claudio Ruggeri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 90 minutes of play, Zola Predosa FC's Claudio Ruggeri made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavio Fallito was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Francesco Ciccone fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zola Predosa FC's protests and gave Francesco Ciccone a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Zola Predosa FC getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Francesco Ciccone hit a great ball. 99 minutes into the match, Zola Predosa FC's goalkeeper Anselmo Felli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emiliano Di Filippo.
